At Sawyer Creative Co., we are thrilled to announce our participation in Cycle to the Sea 2023, a remarkable fundraising cycling event organized by Atrium Health's Adaptive Sports Program. As passionate advocates for inclusivity and supporting individuals with disabilities, Laura and Daniel of Sawyer Creative Co. are dedicated to raising funds and awareness for this fantastic cause
Cycle to the Sea is an annual cycling event that aims to raise funds for Atrium Health's Adaptive Sports and Adventures Program. This program is designed to enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities through sports and recreational activities. By providing adaptive equipment, training, and support, the program empowers participants to engage in physical activities, fostering independence, confidence, and a sense of community. This year’s event will involve a scenic ride from Monroe to Myrtle Beach, spanning three days from October 19th to 21st. Participants embark on this incredible journey, covering approximately 180 miles, all in support of cancer research, patient care, and survivorship programs.
To support Cycle to the Sea 2023, we have decided to launch a special fundraising initiative. During the months of August and September, we will be donating a portion of all proceeds from items purchased in our online shop to the cause. Every purchase made during this period will contribute directly to the fundraising goal.
